You want the Kingdom preached, not explained. Not dissected. Preached.
Alright then. Sit close. This is about The Kingdom Of God.
Luke 9:2 says, “He sent them to proclaim the kingdom of God and to heal the sick.”
Notice that.
Proclaim.
Heal.
Those two were never separated.
Because the Kingdom of God is not a theory. It is not a church system. It is not a future escape plan. It is the rule and reign of God breaking into real life.
The Greek word for kingdom is basileia, meaning royal dominion, the active reign of a king. Not territory first. Authority first.
When Yeshua preached the Kingdom, He was not saying, “One day you’ll go somewhere else.”
He was saying, “The King is here. And when the King is present, everything changes.”
He would stand in dusty villages and say, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.” Matthew 4:17
Repent is metanoeō, meaning change your mind, change your direction. Why? Because the rule you’ve been living under is ending. Another rule has arrived.
Rome thought it ruled.
Religion thought it ruled.
Sin thought it ruled.
Death thought it ruled.
Then Yeshua walks in.
And demons start trembling.
Storms start obeying.
Blind eyes start opening.
Lepers start feeling skin again.
Dead people sit up.
That is the Kingdom.
He said, “If I cast out demons by the finger of God, then the kingdom of God has come upon you.” Luke 11:20
Not coming someday. Has already come upon you.
The Hebrew mind would hear malkut, meaning kingship, sovereign rule. Not just a realm. The exercise of authority.
So let me say it plainly.
God is King over all, AND the Kingdom is revealed wherever His rule is embraced.
It is not about geography.
It is about governance.
When a heart bows, the Kingdom comes.
When forgiveness replaces bitterness, the Kingdom comes.
When sickness bows to the name of Yeshua, the Kingdom comes.
When fear loses its grip because faith rises, the Kingdom comes.
Yeshua said, “The kingdom of God is in your midst.” Luke 17:21
He was standing right there with them when He said it.
They were looking for spectacle.
He was offering sovereignty.
The apostles preached the same way. They did not preach “try harder.” They preached, “Jesus is Lord.” And in Greek that word is kyrios, meaning supreme authority, master.
And that confession was dangerous.
Because if Caesar is not lord, and sin is not lord, and fear is not lord, then only One is.
The Kingdom of God is the overthrow of every false throne.
Let me bring it closer.
The Kingdom of God is not food and drink, but “righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit.” Romans 14:17
Righteousness: things set right.
Peace: shalom, wholeness, completeness, nothing missing.
Joy: not happiness based on circumstances, but strength that rises from within.
When Yeshua sent them out in Luke 9:2, He was basically saying, “Go show them what My Father is like.”
Preach with your mouth.
Demonstrate with your hands.
Because the Kingdom is invisible until it becomes visible by faith.
You want to know how Yeshua would preach it? He would say something like this:
“The Father has not abandoned you. His rule is not harsh. His authority restores. The sickness that has chained you is not from Him. The torment in your mind is not from Him. The shame that whispers to you is not from Him. The Kingdom of God is here to undo the works of darkness.”
And then He would touch someone.
And something would break.
That is why healing accompanied proclamation. Healing is proof of government change.
If a nation changes rulers, policies change.
When Heaven invades, bodies change.
Minds change.
Families change.
The Kingdom is already and not yet. It has begun, but it will be completed. We taste it now; we will swim in it later.
One day, “The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of His Messiah.” Revelation 11:15
But today, it begins in you.
So let me ask it the way Yeshua would quietly ask:
Who is ruling your thoughts?
Who is ruling your fears?
Who is ruling your desires?
Because whatever rules you is your kingdom.
When you surrender to Yeshua, you are not joining a religion. You are changing governments.
And here is the scandal: this King does not conquer by crushing. He conquers by laying down His life, which He did, for you.
The throne of the Kingdom is a cross.
The crown is thorns.
The decree is forgiveness.
That is not Rome. That is Heaven.
And when you receive Him as King, something shifts inside your nephesh, your living being. His ruach, Spirit, breath, begins to move within you. And the rule of Heaven starts shaping your reactions, your speech, your love.
The apostles preached boldly because they had seen the King alive after death. You cannot threaten someone who has already seen the ultimate authority overturned.
So here it is, simple and straight:
The Kingdom of God is the reign of God through Yeshua the Messiah, breaking into human life, overthrowing sin, healing sickness, restoring identity, and reclaiming hearts.
It is not small.
It is not passive.
It is not postponed.
It is here. NOW.
And it is advancing.
And if you feel that quiet pull inside, that longing for things to be made right, that ache for justice and mercy to kiss each other, that is the King knocking.
Open the door.
Because when the King comes in, the Kingdom comes with Him.

Holy, Heavenly Father,
You are not distant. You are not silent. You are not waiting for permission from the chaos around us. You are King.
And we confess that sometimes we have lived as though other things ruled us. Fear has ruled. Wounds have ruled. Old memories have ruled. Pride has ruled. We have allowed lesser thrones to stand in places that belong only to You.
Today we ask You to walk in.
Let Your Kingdom come in us, not just around us. Let Your rule settle into our thoughts, our reactions, our desires. Where there has been turmoil, bring Your peace. Where there has been sickness, bring Your healing. Where there has been shame, bring Your restoring righteousness.
Teach our hearts to bow without resistance. Teach our mouths to confess that Yeshua is Lord, not only in word but in surrender.
Overthrow every false throne. Silence every accusing voice. Break every chain that does not come from You.
Let righteousness, peace, and joy rise within us by Your Spirit. Let the evidence of Your reign be visible in our love, our mercy, our courage.
Father, when You walk in, everything changes. So walk in fully. Take the throne completely.
We receive Your Kingdom. We welcome Your rule.
In Yeshua’s Holy name, Amen Amen.

portions of it struck a nerve,,, i have been battling torment and shame from my past and its hard to like myself because of it. thank you for this teaching!
Sk, Thank you for sharing so honestly. The shame and torment you’ve carried do not define you. Yeshua sees every part of your story and still calls you His beloved. His Kingdom is about restoration, healing, and worth that cannot be taken away. Keep leaning into Him; He will meet you where you are and show you the truth of who you really are.
This had to be the most powerful teaching I have ever read one that totally resonated with my life. The understanding of the thrown the cross and forgiveness outlined a different understanding of what I Had perceived a different understanding of. This was great
Thank you so much, D! I’m so glad it resonated with you. That’s exactly what I hoped; to bring clarity, freedom, and a fresh understanding of the cross and God’s forgiveness. I’m praising Yeshua with you for His work in our hearts! We ALWAYS need to remember HE IS KING. And we need to let HIM sit on the throne of our hearts.
